The facility tour will benefit those interested observing the manufacturing process of steel pipe and casing commonly used for ground water production wells and fluid transmission pipe. The plant is located at 4360 Worth Street in Los Angeles where it has remained since the founding of the company in 1926. Attendees on the facility tour will view Roscoe Moss Company’s two spiral weld pipe mills, pressure testing equipment for AWWA C200 compliance, and screen manufacturing machines that produce louvered and wire wrap screens. Roscoe Moss Company representatives will guide visitors through the various stages of steel pipe manufacturing and those on the tour will acquire a deeper understanding of the procedures the company employs to produce tubular steel products that meet or exceed industry standards.
